Pay your Water Bill over the Phone with No Fee

The City will temporarily waive the $5.00 convenience fee so that you can call us at city hall to pay your water bill over the phone. Please do not come into City Hall if at all possible. You may also sign up for our e-pay program by simply registering on the city website. Click on this link https://www.justinter.net/eBill/eBill.asp?c=4404 to sign up. You will need your 5 digit PIN number which is located on the top of your water bill card and you will need your account number to register. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
